We know how nerve-wracking it can be to hire someone to do a large project on your home. Even though we’re contractors, we still have to hire people to come work on our home.
This is why we want to make sure you know our focus is on quality and exceeding your expectations.

Our process below focuses on doing what’s best for you and us. You may love the process as much as your new concrete design!
11 Easy Steps Towards Your New Concrete Design
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
Contact us on our online contact form page. The information you’ll provide there will prepare us to meet your needs from the very beginning. You can also call us directly using the number at the top of the page.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
This phone call is all about you. After filling out the contact form or getting in touch with us by phone, we will reach out to you for more details on your project. We'll also schedule an on-site consultation.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation and Design
This includes coming to your project site for an inspection and to see what we're working with. This is where we talk about your project in more detail and start visualizing what the end product will look like. It comes with a $500 fee that will be absorbed into your project cost.
Step 4. Signing The Contract
We discuss aspects like budget, timeline, materials, and we'll plan your whole project. When we’re all on the same page, we go over the contract together. This is to make sure everyone has all the information they need and that you're comfortable with every detail.
Step 5. Protect Your Home And The Site
We set up all our equipment and the materials we have. Part of our set up process involves taking measures to protect the exterior of your home. We don't want it to get dirty, and if it does we'll make sure to clean it once we're done.
Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before starting your project, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site together. This is to give you a clear idea of what the next steps are, what you should expect over the next couple of weeks, and to make sure we're all still on the same page.
Step 7. We Get To Work
We work our magic, and before you know it, your home will be updated, upgraded, and you can get back to your now improved and relaxed daily routine.
Step 8. Our Cleaners Get To Work
Once your project is done, we have our professional cleaners come to clean up, leaving your new area spotless and ready for you to enjoy. You’ll never know we were there at all.
Step 9. Post-Job Walkthrough
We do a last walkthrough together to make sure everything exceeds your expectations. After we leave, you have 2 days to see if everything is to your liking. You can get back to us if anything doesn't.
Step 10. 2-Year Warranty
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty. You also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If something happens within our control, and is included in the warranty and contract, we'll come and fix it for you free of charge.
Step 11. Follow-Ups
We come to your house 4 weeks after the end of your project, and again before the first year is up. After the 1 year period, we’re still available and more than willing to help you with anything your home may need.
